All products available in this shop are hand-made and made by order.
Please note that no refunds are allowed unless:
- You contact me immediately after purchase (within 24h)
- Your order was lost in transit/ is untrackable and hasn't arrived within 30 business days
All items shipped internationally will come with a tax declaration (outside EU). Please note that I am not responsible for any additional taxing that your order may be charged when being delivered to you.
You will be charged at checkout. Please note that for preorder items, the shipping time depends on when the orders arrive in my storage. All necessary information is in the item description.
Please note that original art can not be shipped untracked!
I will contact you if you happen to select the worng shipping method and charge you for the difference or have you cancel the order if you don't agree with that.
